Shipping costs are not included and vary by product size and weight. We use USPS to mail out goodies. Delivery is based on USPS regular delivery dates ranging from 5 to 7 days after 2 days of order preparation. Since products are personalized there are no refunds or returns. However, we want you to be happy with our service, if something doesn't come out as expected, let us know!
